Place a Copper Splitter

1. From the Modify/Delete section of the Copper Tab select the Connections Splits command to display the Place Copper Split dialog:

   

   The Copper Split dialog box displays.

2. Select the split type from the pull-down menu, the ID and the pair to be split.
3. Select the span where the split is being placed. Once selected, indicate the direction from the CO.

   

4. Place the split on the map.
